No. Peoplexact is designed to be managed by HR without IT support. Setup is handled through a simple interface, and your contact at Peoplexact is available if you need help along the way. If you prefer a data integration, you can connect via Peoplexact's API.
Yes. You start with validated survey frameworks and can add questions from our catalogue or create your own. Surveys can be tailored to specific teams, departments or topics — without compromising the reliability of your data.

Yes. Survey templates are available in 18 languages — and we add languages, if you need them. Reports are available in English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and German — making it easy to run surveys across borders.

 

Reports are available immediately once the survey period ends. You decide how to roll out results in your organisation — for example, by giving every leader automatic access to their own team's data. The platform guides leaders from results to focus areas and concrete action plans, and your customer success consultant is there to help you take the right next steps.
