We knew how to solve it, because we'd spent two decades doing exactly that work alongside them. So we built Peoplexact around the full cycle — from survey to insight to action. Making employee surveys count — since 2005
In 2005, one project changed everything. A global enterprise — 20,000 employees, 30 countries — trusted us with their engagement programme. We saw what's possible when you measure what matters. Since then, we've consulted on thousands of employee surveys for organisations of all sizes.
The platform that started it all
In 2001, we launched Surveyxact — our first SaaS product to the market. We've been building and refining survey technology ever since.
